UmeedGo

By downloading, installing, or using UmeedGo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be at least 18 years old to use UmeedGo. By using the App, you confirm you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You agree to use UmeedGo only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Use the App for any illegal activity
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent documents
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use automated tools to access the App

All content, trademarks, logos, and software in UmeedGo are owned by or licensed to UmeedGo. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

You retain ownership of documents and data you upload. By uploading content, you grant UmeedGo a limited license to process, store, and display your content for the purpose of providing the service.

UmeedGo integrates with third-party services (Supabase, Vercel, Groq, Cloudflare, Firebase). Your use of these services through UmeedGo is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

UmeedGo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. UmeedGo is not liable for:

• Employment outcomes or job placement
• Visa approval or rejection
• Accuracy of AI-generated content
• Loss of data or documents
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UmeedGo, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

UmeedGo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
